Okay, I admit, I’ve never been a huge fan of Waldorf salad, that is until now!  I’m not sure if it’s the healthy substitutions that I made or if my taste buds just changed, but whatever the reason, this salad is absolutely delicious!

For The Salad

  • 1 organic apples diced
  • 1 C organic green grapes sliced in half
  • 1 C organic red grapes sliced in half
  • 1/2 C celery diced
  • 1/4 C walnuts

For The Dressing

  • 1/4 C Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp raw honey


  • Core and dice apple, slice grapes in half and chop celery. Place serving bowl. Gently stir to combine
  • Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to combine. Serve immediately
