Spinach Avocado Dip
So you see, it’s not just about recreating family favorites, it’s also about preserving wonderful family memories in a super healthy way!

Spinach Avocado Dip
For the dip
- 1/2 C organic spinach
- 2 avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 C fresh cilantro
- 3/4 C plain Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP fresh lime juice (about one lime)
- 3 TBSP avocado oil
- organic bread bowl optional
- Blanch spinach for 2 minutes, drain and squeeze out excess water
- Process all dip ingredients in food processor
- Optional: To serve, hollow out a round loaf of organic bread and place dip in center. Serve with bread, celery, crackers or pita chips
- Serve immediately
