It's Time To Relax Baby.....
In the busy crush of everyday life, sometimes it’s just really hard to wind down, relax and de-stress so that we can get a good night’s sleep.
However, a good night’s sleep is essential to a healthy life. If allows our body to rejuvenate and rebuild. Here are some of the awesome benefits of getting a good night’s rest.
That’s a pretty impressive list of benefits to getting a good night’s sleep, but is really no surprise. If you’re like me, you were already aware of all that. The big question becomes…..HOW?
Getting a good night’s sleep is something I used to struggle with big-time, so I definitely appreciate the struggle. My mission here is to provide you with a couple of recommended action plans to help you find a sleep preparation practice that works best for you.
First, I would start off with a great cup of hot tea. Here’s a couple I recommend to help you begin to relax.
Another thing to do would be to turn down the lights, and put on some soft music as you sip your tea. You know, turn off the electronics, close your eyes, breath deeply and concentrate on the aroma and flavor of your tea.
Next, as you move in to your bedroom, here’s a great relaxation yoga video that includes some soft stretching and breathing exercises, which will help your body relax and get ready for some restorative sleep.
