We all know that in order to maintain (or lose) weight and stay healthy, we need to eat lots of veggies.  The fact of the matter is that almost no one eats enough of them.  Did you know that the recommended daily amount of fruits and veggies is 7 to 9 servings?  That’s 7-9 CUPS of fruits and veggies!  Are you eating that much?  Think of the health benefits if you just added MORE fruits and veggies to your menu!

The problem is, sometimes they are so boring!  The recipes in this section are intended to add a little more spicyness to your veggie life!
