I was raised as a vegetarian, so skipping meat for me is really no big deal.  However, I am well aware that most folks were raised to have some kind of animal protein with every single meal.

The truth is, it’s just not necessary,  There are lots of delicious plant based ways to incorporate nutritious protein into your healthy eating lifestyle.  In fact, I recommend that my clients strive to have two or three (or more) days per week that are meatless.
