It is the use of herbs and spices, that allow you to eliminate unhealthy ingredients and still have delicious food.  Using the right amounts and the right combination of spices greatly influences the taste of foods.  Also, by making your own spice blends, you can eliminate the unhealthy ingredients in the pre-made blends.  Did you know that most blends contain sugar?
