Beans, beans the magical fruit…..!  Do you know that little rhyme?  My Pepere used to tell it to me all the time.

Anyway, I absolutely LOVE beans!  Not only are they delish, but they are super healthy.  They contain lots of fiber and protein and are what can REALLY help you to lose weight and heal your digestion!
