what does that really mean? How do you achieve balance? What does it feel like? What difference will it make?
Those are all really great questions, and I can tell you from personal experience, before I set out to achieve more balance, I was overweight, lethargic, I had high blood sugar, and high cholesterol, I felt bloated, achy, anxious and stuck.

What I did was to make a decision that I was no longer going to settle for being less than my best self. I didn’t want to end up having to use medications to “fix” me. I wanted to feel younger, lighter, have more clarity and energy and I was fed up with feeling anxious and stuck.
How did I make that transformation? I dove in and did extensive research on ways to eat and live healthier which led me to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
My holistic approach to health and wellness, means that I look at how all areas of life are connected.
Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
