Every day my clients tell me that they know they need to eat a healthier diet, exercise more and make changes in their life.  So why is it that we all KNOW what we’re suposed to do, but yet somehow we don’t get it done and the result is that disease is running rampant?

Your health is the number one thing you can do to improve your life, but it’s so much easier to say that then to actually do it, am I right?

I help my clients to sort through the emotional, physical and spiritual obstacles so that they can effect sustainable changes and gain control of their health and happiness.

I believe that food is medicine, and just like medicine, not every food is good for every person or every time in your life.  

That’s why I don’t believe in “diets” or “fads”.  I believe in whole delicious foods, herbal remedies and lifestyle changes that are:

  1. Seasonal, local and organic
  2. Aligned with your unique bio-individuality
  3. Based on common sense
  4. Sustainable for a lifetime of vitality

I also believe that food is only one type of nourishment.  Your overall vibrancy is dependent on your body, mind and spirit working in harmony to create great health, more energy and slow the aging process.
