Mumma's Mini Meatless Meatballs
When it comes to a healthy eating lifestyle, finding healthy ways to skip the animal protein is a good thing! Don’t get me wrong, I do eat meat, but focusing on a more plant based diet is always healthier, especially when it comes to red meat, as in meatballs. That’s why I’m so excited to bring you this delicious meatless meatball recipe that my dear sweet Mumma has perfected!
While this recipe is not vegan, you could totally substitute the eggs in this recipe for flax eggs or whatever other egg substitute you prefer, and you could also substitute the cheese for your vegan cheddar cheese of choice. We happen to like Chao cheese quite a bit. Have you tried that brand yet?
These meatballs are delicious just as they are, but you could also serve them with a side of your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
