Mixed Super Fruit Protein Shake

This mixed super fruit protein shake is exactly as the same as the Blueberry Protein Shake recipe.  The only exception is that instead of just blueberries, we are using a mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.

It’s pretty much common knowledge that berries are loaded with antioxidants and are super healthy.  In addition, they are lower in sugar than most other fruits, so they have less of an impact on your blood sugar.  All big wins!

This recipe is the day six (6) snack recipe of my 7-Day Meal Plan program. I created the program because after researching the meal plan program provided by a recognized authority on diabetes, I was appalled at the ingredients and nutrition values.
