i created this meal plan with diabetics in mind, because quite frankly, I was appalled at the other “diabetic” diet plans out there and knew that what I had done to improve mine and my hubby’s health and numbers was a much saner (and delicious) approach. However, this meal plan is great for ANYONE! It is also heart healthy and is also geared for weight loss.
This meal plan is also EASY, which makes it SUSTAINABLE. That right there is the key to lasting improvement and health.
