Diet vs. Lifestyle...what does that even mean?

Let’s face it, there are hundreds, if not thousands of diets, diet plans, point counting, meal buying weight loss plans out there!  But, what does their diet vs. lifestyle look like?  Have you ever found one that REALLY worked for you and was sustainable?

Since studies show that the average person goes on 4 diets per year, I would hazard a guess that the answer to that question would be NO, am I right?

I know, I myself, have tried any number of them.

True, I had some success, but once the diet was over, or I got tired of the cardboard tasting food and longed for my favorite comfort foods, it was all over!  Why, because there was NO sustainable diet vs lifestyle benefit.

Recently, I have renewed my focus on my food intake, not as a diet, but as a lifestyle change.

In my opinion, that is really the only diet that works.  One that is sustainable.  One that allows you some guilty pleasures, while keeping you satisfied, not starving!

What is this magic diet?  No magic involved.  It’s just a well-rounded, scientifically proven to work lifestyle based on the Mediterranean diet.

There have been numerous scientific studies that have shown,  that the Mediterranean diet is quite possibly the most healthy way of eating.

After following this system for only about 6 weeks, I had lost over 10 pounds and (more importantly to me) inches!!!  I feel WAY better and look better too!
