Ok, who here loves garlic? I know I certainly do! So here it is. The scoop on garlic………
Here are three things you may or may not know know about garlic:
- Garlic is part of the onion family, along with shallots and leeks;
- Garlic contains allicin, which is a sulpher compound and is believed to bring the most health benefits;
- Garlic is low in calories and rich in Vitamins A, B6 and Manganese.

But here’s the thing, although I absolutely love garlic, I often forget to add fresh garlic to my dishes because it’s kind of a pain to peel those little buggers one at a time.
So, in this video I give you the scoop on garlic and how to easily peel and keep it fresh, right at your fingertips.
