One of my favorite go-to shakes is this Blueberry Protein Shake with Super Greens!  Loaded with antioxidant blueberries and the amazing health benefits of spirulina and chlorella.

This recipe is the day one (1) afternoon snack recipe of my 7-Day Meal Plan program. I created the program because after researching the meal plan program provided by a recognized authority on diabetes, I was appalled at the ingredients and nutrition values.
