I will admit that I’d pretty much always been really bad at getting regular exercise, and I think the reason for that is that I never found something that really interested me for very long. After all, in order for an exercise routine to work, it has to be something that you LOVE doing, not dread, because WHAT you choose is not nearly as important as the movement itself. So recently I’ve been digging Yoga.
That being said, what and how much you can do in the way of physical activity largely depends on your current health, and you should always check with your regular physician before starting a new exercise routine.
