It's ok, I HATE diets too!  What's more, I don't believe in them either.

I believe that a healthy eating plan is the most important key to success when it comes to your health and weight goals.

What I have found is that pretty much everyone knows that they need to eat healthier, and most people do.

The problem isn't not knowing, the problem is doing and seeing results.

How many times have you decided that enough is enough, started eating healthy, even exercising and you just weren't seeing (or feeling) the results you wanted?

I'm pretty sure that I can't be the only one that struggled with that.

What I have learned is that for our entire lives, we've approached the whole notion of “dieting” with feelings of dread and deprivation.
